Day 01 - Srinagar: On arrival at Srinagar, you will be met by our representative at the airport and transfer to Houseboat. Afternoon free for personal activities. Evening shikara ride on Dal Lake to enjoy the sunset on the Lake. Overnight stay at Houseboat.
Day 02 - Srinagar - Local Sightseeing 50 Kms: Half day tour of world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love). Return to houseboat for lunch. In the afternoon Shikara ride on The Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city with which is often compared to Venice. You will get a view of some very interesting places around the Lake. Overnight stay at Houseboat.
Day 03 - Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar 112 Kms: Full day tour of Gulmarg which is one of the most beautiful summer resorts in the valley. It is also popular for its golf course (in summer), the highest in the world and skiing during the winter season. Enjoy the splendor of nature and the snowy mountains. One can have Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg in the evening return to Houseboat. Overnight stay at Houseboat.
Day 04 - Srinagar - Sonmarg - Kargil 205 Kms: Leave in the morning and drive to Kargil by car and road passes through the panoramic village reach Sonmarg (2740 Mtrs). After Sonmarg most rough road and wet Zojila pass 3527 Mtrs (Gateway of Ladakh) has come, continue to drive towards Drass (The second coldest inhabited place in the world) we stop here for tea and passport check. Another two and half hours drive will take us to Kargil (2710 Mtrs) which has got its importance after the opening of Ladakh for tourists in 1974. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05 - Kargil - Leh 235 Kms: Leave in the morning full day drive to Leh today we have to ascend three passes this day will be quite exciting and panoramic too. First Buddhist village will be Mulbek. We have to cross the highest pass (Fotula 13749 ft.) on Srinagar Leh route. At lunchtime, we will be at Lamayuru oldest Monastery. Continue to drive to next village Nimu a view of Zanskar River following into Indus. Finally, we reach Leh 3500 Mtrs. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06 - Leh: After breakfast we proceed for Indus Valley Monastery tour including Shey Palace, The ancient capital of Ladakh, Thiksey an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village, Hemis Gompa, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu order of Tibetan Buddhism, Sindhu Ghat & Stok Palace Museum. Lunch will be provided. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 07 - Leh - Khardongla Pass - Leh 85 Kms: Day excursion to Khardongla Passes which is the highest motorable pass in the world 5600 Mtrs and has been recorded in the Gunnies Book of World Records. At the top enjoy the natural beauty of snow-capped mountains. In the late afternoon return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 08 - Leh: Transfer in time to the airport to connect onwards destination flight.
